1936-2020年巴蜀小学国际交流

巴蜀小学国际交流工作源远流长，巴蜀学生成绩1936年即送往伦敦参加国际教育博览会。经过不断努力的实践和探索，如今的巴蜀小学得以让师生在更广阔领域学习成长，逐渐为师生们筑起了一座对话国际教育的桥梁。至今，巴蜀小学已与英国沃森小学、布鲁克赛德社区小学、美国俄克拉荷马州文物馆、加拿大温莎维多利亚女王学校等成为国际友好学校，与俄罗斯、匈牙利、肯尼亚地等18所学校建立联系，牵头缔结由9个国家9所学校组成的“国际小学校长论坛（IPHF）”教育联盟。学校先后获得中美“千校携手项目”全国首批示范学校、中英校际交流奖(高级) ，重庆市教育国际合作与交流工作先进单位，重庆市首批孔子学院工作联盟成员单位等多项荣誉，为重庆市首批在美国举办“孔子课堂”学校、重庆市首批接收国际学生资质学校，重庆市首个与柬埔寨签订友好学校合作协议的小学。

Bashu Primary   School has a long history of international exchanges. In 1936, Bashu   students' academic achievements were sent to London to take part in the   International Education Exposition. Through continuous hard work and   exploration, today's Bashu Primary School has enabled teachers and students   to learn and grow in a wider field, gradually build a bridge of international   education exchange for teachers and students. So far, Bashu Primary School   has linked with All Saints Catholic Primary School and Brookside Community Primary   School in Britain, Oklahoma Heritage Hall School in the United States, Queen   Victoria School in Windsor in Canada, etc. Bashu Primary School has established   contacts with 18 schools in Russia, Hungary, Kenya and other countries, and   led the establishment of the "International Primary School Headmaster   Forum (IPHF)" education alliance composed of 9 schools from 9 countries.   Our school has successively won  some   awards such as the first batch of national demonstration schools under the   "Thousand Schools Joining Hands Project" between China and the   United States, International School Award (Advanced), Chongqing's advanced   unit for international cooperation and exchange in education, Chongqing's   first member of the Confucius Institute Work Alliance, and other honors such   as the first batch of schools in Chongqing which held "Confucius   Classroom" in the United States, the first batch of schools in Chongqing   which is qualified for international students enrollment, and the first   primary school in Chongqing which signed a friendship and cooperation   agreement with Cambodia.

1936

我校学生生活照片和学业成绩代表中国送至英国伦敦参加国际教育博览会，深受嘉奖。这是巴蜀教育走出国门对外交流的最早记录。

Our student’s   life photos and academic achievements were sent to London as the   representative of China to take part in the International Education Exposition   and later received a citation.

This is the   earliest record of Bashu education walking to the world.

50年代，前苏联著名作家普希金、教育学家凯洛夫等来访。

In the 1950s, the famous writer Pushkin and the educator Kairov from the   former Soviet Union visited Bashu School.

1960

巴蜀创编俄语教材，试行俄语教学。

Bashu School created Russian textbooks and tried teaching   Russian.

1978

巴蜀师生掀起外语学习热，自备教材，收听广播，在改革开放一开始即投身与外语学习热潮。

Bashu   teachers and students started a foreign language learning craze. They   prepared teaching material personally and listened to the radio. At the beginning of the reform and opening up,   they had already begun to engage in learning foreign languages.

1985

巴蜀开办儿童英语班，实验在小学阶段推行英语教育。

Bashu Primary   School set English learning course for children, experimenting to promote   English education at the primary stage.

2000

第一批巴蜀教师出访澳大利亚。

The first   batch of teachers visited Australia.

2001

我校率重庆市小学之先聘请外教进行英语教学。

Our school was the first primary school to hire foreign teachers for English teaching in Chongqing.

2003

3月，首批英国教育代表团来访。

In March,   the first British education delegation visited our school.

2005

7月，我校师生代表团开展“走进英国”夏令营，开启巴蜀国际游学课程。

In July, a   delegation of teachers and students of our school joined the summer camp "Approach   to Britain" and thus started the course of Bashu International Study Tours.

3月，英国广播公司（BBC）走进我校做“中国周”现场直播。同月，巴蜀与英国圣女贞德小学正式签订《中英友好学校合作协议》。10月，该校师生来访。

In March, Special   Program of China Week BBC interviewed our school. In the same month, our school   and St. Joan of Arc Primary School in Britain formally signed Agreement of   Partnership Between Chongqing Bashu Primary School and St. Joan of Arc   Primary School. In October, teachers and students of St. Joan Arc visited   Bashu.

5月，巴蜀学生艺术团代表中国参加德国林堡第五届国际民间合唱节，获得金奖。

In May, our   chorus team represented China and won the gold in the 5^th Limburg International   Chorus Festival in Germany.

2006

2月，巴蜀与圣女贞德小学师生共同承担中央电教馆远程合作教育课题“我最喜欢的一道菜”，开启了我校与国外友好学校的科研合作。

In   February, our school and St. Joan of Arc Primary School jointly assumed a program   “My Favorite Dish”for China   Central Audio-visual   Education Program, which started the scientific research   cooperation between our school and foreign sister schools.

2月，李春梅老师通过国家汉办选拔，成为我校首位国际汉语教师，赴新加坡四德小学任教。

In   February, selected by China National Office for Teaching Chinese as Foreign   Language, Ms. Li Chunmei became the first international Chinese teacher of   our school and went to teach in Cedar Primary School in Singapore.

10月，我校与美国俄克拉荷马州文物馆学校正式签署国际友好学校合作协议。

In October,   our school and Oklahoma Heritage Hall School formally signed a friendship and   cooperation agreement.

2007

11月，泰国教育部校长访问团来访。

In   November, a delegation of principals headed by Thailand's Ministry of   Education visited our school.

3月，首批美国校长团通过“中美中小学校长领导力建设项目”来访，访问团成员俄克拉荷马州文物馆学校盖·布兰博校长随后与我校达成合作共识。

In March,   the first group of U.S. Principals visited our school via the   "Leadership Building Project for Primary and Secondary School Principals   in China and the United States". One member of the delegation, Mr. Guy   Bramble, the principal of Oklahoma Heritage Hall School, subsequently reached   a consensus on cooperation with our school.

5月，我校成功承办“汉语桥—英国中小学校长访华之旅”代表团欢迎仪式。

In May, our   school successfully hosted the welcoming ceremony for the delegation of   "Chinese Bridge-British Primary and Secondary School Principals' visit   to China".

6月，我校成功承办“汉语桥-美国中小学校长访华之旅”代表团欢迎仪式。

In June,   our school successfully hosted the welcoming ceremony of the delegation of   "Chinese Bridge-US Primary and Secondary School Principals' visit to   China".

2010

4月，我校通过国家汉办审批，成为重庆市首批4所美国“孔子课堂”中方伙伴学校之一。

In April,   approved by the NOCFL (the Office of Chinese Language Council International),   our school was named as one of the first four American “Confucius Classroom”   partner schools in Chongqing.

8月，通过我校与美国友好学校层层严格选拔，获得首批“巴蜀住读全优奖学金”的贾冰涛、张意楠两位同学前往美国友好学校学习，成为我市首批“小留学生”。

In August, after strict selection by both   the American sister school and our school, Jia Bintao and Zhang Yinan, the   first two students who got the Bashu Merit Scholarship, went to study in   America, as the first parachute   kids of Chongqing.

9月，我校荣获英领馆文化处颁发的2009—2010年度中英校际交流奖(高级)。

In   September, our school received the 2019-2010 Sino-British Inter-school   Exchange Award (Advanced) issued by the Cultural Office of the British   Consulate.

12月，我校与美国友好学校学生进行首次视频讨论活动，开启我校与国际友好学校主题项目式学习课程。

In   December, our school carried out a video discussion with the students of the   American sister school for the first time,   and thus launched the PBL courses among our international sister schools.

2011

4月，英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学2名教师抵达巴蜀交流学习三周，国际友好学校教师来校任教自此开启。

In April,   two teachers from Brookside Community Primary School in Britain came to Bashu   for a three-week exchange, which started the continuous teaching exchange   program by teachers from international sister schools.

5月，马宏校长一行赴英国伦敦参加国际小学校长联盟成立暨首次论坛会议。

In May, a   delegation headed by Principal Ma Hong went to London to attend the Establishment   of the International Federation of Primary School Principals and its first   forum.

2012

5月，我校与IPHF英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学签订友好学校合作协议。

In May, our   school signed a cooperation memorandum with Brookside Community Primary School   of IPHF, as our sister school in Britain.

2013

10月，以“聚焦课程，国际视野”为主题的第二届国际小学校长论坛（IPHF）会议和校际交流活动在我校成功举行。

In October,   the 2nd IPHF Conference and the interschool exchange activity, themed on Focus on Courses and International Perspective,   were successfully held in our school.

2014

5月，我校师生艺术团赴匈牙利、奥地利参加第三届国际小学校长论坛（IPHF）会议并进行艺术交流。

In May, an   art delegation of Bashu teachers and students went to Hungary and Austria to   participate in the 3rd IPHF Conference and had artistic exchanges.

7月，以“桥·全球教育共同体”为主题的“第二届小学教育国际会议”在我校成功举行。巴蜀正式引进PBL、PA等项目式学习、评价方式。

In July,   the 2nd International Conference on Primary Education themed on Bridge · Global Education Community   was successfully held in our school. Bashu has officially introduced   project-based learning and evaluation methods such as PBL and PA.

12月,我校参加由加拿大社会科学和人文学科研究委员会资助，加拿大温莎大学、西南大学承担的 “加拿大—中国教师教育和中小学教育互惠学习”普通教育组研究。

In   December, our school participated in the general education group research of Canada-China Teacher Education and Primary   and Secondary Education Reciprocal Learning, which is funded by the   Canadian Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and co-organized by   the University of Windsor in Canada and Southwest University in China.

2015

4月，我校与美国亚特兰大市辛普森小学签订友好学校合作协议。同月，加拿大多伦多大学荣休教授、教育叙事研究鼻祖Michael Connelly等来访。

In April,   our school signed a sister school and cooperation agreement with Simpson   Primary School in Atlanta, USA. In the same month, Michael Connelly, the   Professor Emeritus of the University of Toronto and founder of educational   narrative research, visited our school..

5月，首届小学教育巴蜀峰会暨“基于学科的课程综合化实施工作坊”在我校举行，来自加拿大和澳门的专家、代表参会。我校与澳门圣家小学签订友好学校合作协议。

In May, the   1st Primary Education Bashu Summit and Discipline-based Curriculum   Integration Implementation Workshop were held in Bashu. Experts and   representatives from Canada and Macau attended the conference. Bashu signed a   sister school and cooperation agreement with Macau Shengjia Primary School.

12月，我校携璧山实验小学、万盛经开区万盛小学、大渡口区实验小学、南坪实验小学、珠海容闳学校及英国六所友好学校成功申报英国领事馆中英校际连线友好学校种子基金(莎士比亚专项)，成为当年西南片区唯一成功申报团队。

In   December, Bashu, together with Bishan Experimental Primary School, Wansheng   Primary School from Wansheng Economic Development Zone, Experimental Primary   School from Dadukou District, Nanping Experimental Primary School, Ronghong   School from Zhuhai and six British sister schools, successfully applied for the Seed Fund Program (Shakespeare   Special) of the Sino-British online sister school of the British Consulate, and it was the only team   successfully applied for the project in the southwest area that year.

2016

8月，我校律动戏剧社应邀携最新剧目《抉择》赴爱丁堡艺穗节参加纪念莎士比亚逝世400周年系列纪念活动。

In August,   the Rhythmic Drama Club of our school was invited to take part in the   commemorative activities of Edinburgh Fringe Festival to commemorate the   400th anniversary of the death of Shakespeare with our latest play The Choice.

9月，在北京第17届中国国际教育年会上，我校被授予中美“千校携手项目”全国首批示范学校（21所）称号。

In   September, our school was awarded the title of the first batch of model   schools (a total of 21) in Sino-US Thousand Schools Hand in Hand Project at   the 17th China International Education Annual Conference in Beijing.

10月，第四届IPHF年会暨巴蜀联盟学校特色校本课程研讨会议在我校成功举行，国际小学校长联盟学校代表、市区教委领导、英国总领事馆官员、莎士比亚项目中方学校和巴蜀小学牵手学校代表近百人出席。

In October,   the 4th IPHF Annual Conference and the Symposium on Special School-based   Curriculum of Bashu League Schools were successfully held in our school. The   representatives from the International Primary School Principal Union,   leaders of the Urban Education Commission, officials of the British   Consulate, representatives of Shakespeare Project Schools in China and Bashu League   schools, nearly a hundred in total, attended this conference.

2017

11月，第三届小学教育巴蜀峰会在我校召开。经济合作组织分析师理查德·李、芬兰教育研究中心高级课程发展顾问马蒂·罗西、国际小学校长论坛主会议主席Steve Sanderson爵士等做精彩发言。

In   November, the 3rd Primary School Education Bashu Summit was held in our school. Richard   Lee, the analyst of Economic Cooperation, Matti Rossi, the senior curriculum   development consultant of Finnish Education Research Center, Sir Steve   Sanderson, the chairman of International Primary School Principals Forum and so on made wonderful   speeches.

2018

3月，柬埔寨王国教育、青年与体育部副国务秘书布宗斯雷先生等一行来到巴蜀小学进行教育合作调研。

In March, a   delegation headed by Mr. Bouzonsley, Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Youth   and Sports of Cambodia, and Mr. Jansopi and his fellow came to Bashu Primary   School for educational cooperation research.

4月，加拿大温莎大学教育学院五位实习教师来到巴蜀开始为期两个月的教育实习，开启了巴蜀小学教育集团与国外高校联合举办教育实习的新尝试。同月，英国奥德汉姆学校到访重庆市巴蜀蓝湖郡小学，双方签署友好合作协议。

In April,   five internship teachers from our school of Education, University of Windsor, Canada, came to Bashu   for two months of educational practice, which was the first effort of jointly   educational practice between Bashu Primary School and Foreign Universities.   In the same month, Odum School from Britain visited Chongqing Bashu Lanhujun   Primary School, and both sides signed a friendship and cooperation agreement.

6月，我校成为重庆市首批孔子学院工作联盟成员单位，任理事单位。

In June,   our school became one of the first members of the Confucius Institute Work   Alliance in Chongqing and served as a director unit.

11月，由市教委主办的2018“汉语桥——美国校长访华之旅”活动在渝举行，我校作为“重庆市孔子学院工作联盟”首批成员单位参与了全程活动，并与芝加哥市红橡树小学签署合作协议

In   November, the 2018 Chinese   Bridge - American Principals’ Visit to China, sponsored by the   Municipal Education Commission, was held in Chongqing. As one of the first   members of Chongqing Confucius   Institute Work Alliance, our school participated in the whole   procedure and signed a cooperation agreement with Chicago Red Oak Primary   School

2019

5月，为进一步贯彻落实国家“一带一路”倡议，加强渝中区中小学校对外交流合作，李杰等4人于赴柬埔寨王国金边市诺罗敦小学校签订合作协议并洽谈合作事宜，我校成为重庆市首个与柬埔寨签订友好学校合作协议的小学。

In order to further implement the Belt and Road Initiative and to   strengthen the international exchange and cooperation primary of primary   schools in Chongqing Yuzhong District, Mr.Li Jie and other 3 teachers visited   Phnon Pen Norodom Primary School in Cambodia and both sides signed a   cooperation agreement and discussed cooperation matters as well. Our school   became Chongqing’s first primary school which signed a friendship and cooperation   agreement with a Cambodian primary school.

9月，我校入选重庆市首批接收国际学生资质学校。

In September, our school became one   of the first qualified schools for accepting international students.

10月，我校成功申报为渝中区首批中外人文交流特色学校。

In October,   our school successfully applied to be one of the first specialist schools of   International People-to-People Exchange of Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

同月，埃塞俄比亚联邦民主共和国驻中国重庆总领事馆副总领事Mr Anteneh安特能先生女儿腾赛·安特能·塔瑞库入读巴蜀，成为首位入读巴蜀的非州裔学生。

In the same   month, Mr Antenen, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate General of the   Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Chongqing, China, sent his daughter,   Tengsai Antenen Tareku became the first African student in Bashu.

同月，2019“汉语桥”美国校长团一行7人来访，我校与美国德克萨斯州的国际领导力学校签署合作协议。

In the same month, a delegation of 7 American principals of 2019 “Chinese Bridge”project paid a visit to our   school，and Bashu signed a cooperation agreement with   the International Leadership School from Texas.

2020

4月，我校英国友好学校利物浦沃森小学发起“全球抗疫作文”分享活动，我校和来自英国、美国、塞拉利昂、白俄罗斯等国际友好学校参与了本次活动。

In April, All Saints Catholic Primary   School, our sister school in Liverpool, the UK, launched the Global Anti   Pandemic Composition sharing activity. Our school, together with our   international sister schools from the United Kingdom, the United States,   Sierra Leone and Republic of Belarus participated in this activity.

加拿大

2002年7月，陈怡等老师赴加拿大参加为期半年的“英语语言浸润式学习和西方教学法”培训。

Teachers such as   Ms. Chen Yi went to Canada for a half-year training program on "English   Language Immersion Learning and Western Teaching Methods".

美国

2011年4月，左瑞莉等老师赴美国友好学校俄克拉荷马州文物馆学校进行为期一个月的教学交流。

In April,   teachers such as Ms. Zuo Ruili went to Oklahoma Heritage School, our sister   school in America, for a month-long teaching exchange.

2019年7月，邓心鑫老师入选美国“关键语言教师项目”，前往美国俄亥俄州希利亚德市Scioto   Darby小学，执教1年。

In July, Deng Xinxin was selected into the Key Language Teachers   Program of the United States, and went to teach Chinese in Scioto Darby   Primary School in Hilliard, Ohio, USA for one year.

英国

2004年9月，令狐林和何雨蓓作为首批教师前往英国圣女贞德小学交流半年。

In September, as the first exchange teachers,   Mr. Ling hulin and Ms. He Yubei went to St. Joan of Arc Primary School in Britain   for half-year teaching exchange.

2005年9月，庹桢平等老师赴英国圣女贞德小学进行为期半年的教学交流。陈建国老师赴英参加“全国中小学优秀英语教师出国留学奖学金”培训项目。

In September,   teachers such as Mr. Tuo Zhenping went to Saint Joan of Arc Primary School in   England for a six-month teaching exchange. Mr. Chen Jianguo went to the U.K.   for China’s Scholarship Project for Excellent Primary and Secondary School   English Teachers’ Training Abroad.

2007年9月，吴梦和唐昭老师赴英国圣女贞德小学进行为期一学期的教学交流。

In September,   Ms. Wu Meng and Ms. Tang Zhao went to St.Joan of Arc Primary School for a   one-term teaching exchange.

2008年9月，何雨蓓老师参加英国汉语语言助教项目选拔赴英国圣女贞德小学进行为期一年的汉语教学。

In September,   Ms. He Yubei participated in the selection of the British Chinese Language   Assistant Program and went to All Saints Catholic Primary School for a year-long   Chinese teaching.

2010年5月，宋燕等老师赴英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学进行为期三个月的教学交流。

In May, teachers   such as Ms. Song Yan went to Brookside Community Primary School, our sister   school in Britain, for three month-long teaching exchange.

2011年6月，陈怡和彭丽君老师赴英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学进行为期一个月的教学交流。

In June, Ms.   Chen Yi and Ms. Peng Lijun went to Brookside Community Primary School, our   sister school in Britain, for a month-long teaching exchange.

2013年7月，邓勤等老师赴英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学进行为期一个月的教学交流。

In July,   teachers such as Ms. Deng Qin went to Brookside Community Primary School, our   sister school in Britain, for a month-long teaching exchange.

2014年3月，罗小玲和魏聪颖老师赴英国友好学校布鲁克塞德社区小学进行为期一个月的教学交流。

In March, Ms.   Luo Xiaoling and Ms. Wei Congying went to Brookside Community Primary School,   our sister school in Britain, for a month-long teaching exchange.

印尼

2009年9月，冉义老师通过国家汉办选拔，赴印尼中爪哇省沃诺吉里国立第二初中教授汉语一年。

In September,   selected by China National Office for Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language,   Mr. Ran Yi went to Vonogiri National No.2 Junior High School in Central Java   Province of Indonesia to teach Chinese for one year.

新加坡

2006年2月，李春梅老师通过国家汉办选拔，赴新加坡四德小学教授汉语两年。

In February,   selected by China National Office for Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language,   Ms. Li Chunmei became the first international Chinese teacher of our school   and went to teach in Cedar Primary School in Singapore.

澳大利亚

2000年，第一批巴蜀教师出访澳大利亚。

The first batch   of teachers visited Australia.

日本

2000年11月，江世君、文娱等老师赴日本参加“中国优秀青年教师”访日交流项目。

In November,   teachers such as Mr. Jiang Shijun, Ms. Wen Yu visited Japan as “Chinese Excellent Teachers”for an exchange program.

2008年10月，代萍老师参加由教育部组织的“2008中国基础教育教职员访日”活动。

In October, Ms.   Dai Ping took part in the activity of "China Basic Education Staff’s   Visit to Japan of 2008", organized by the Ministry of Education.

香港

2010年8月，周智雄等老师通过教育部2010-2011学年内地教师赴香港交流项目的选拔，赴香港任教一年。

In August, Mr.   Zhou Zhixiong went to   Hong Kong for a year-long teaching exchange, chosen by the 2010-2011 Exchange Program for Mainland Teachers to Teach in Hong   Kong by the Ministry of Education.
